yeah, sounds ok, don't know your process but if possible, it's best to
clean it way sooner than 48 hours before the bonding. hopefully it's a
pretty clean environment without dust settling all over it (if you can
see junk on the glass, then there's infinitely more contamination that
you can't see)

it's not crucial but it may speed up the deposition. around 5%
couldn't hurt.

ok, well then at least let it sit out overnight if you can. that will
have much the same effect as the brief high temperature curing.
these are just my recommendations from working with coating glass with
APTES in a laboratory setting, and not for use as an epoxy primer.
