1) you can buy alcohol free wine
2) it is ... unpleasant ... might be the best description. Many/most of the
flavour components are also lost or changed.

If you truly want alcohol free wine, maybe you could try adsorbing the
alcohol onto .. something.You will almost certainly lose some of the flavour
components doing this. Suggest drinking something else if you want alcohol
free :)
