Do yo think there is some limitation of size of Calcium granules?

I mean if the size of granules is big, the reaction seems to be
hindered.

And what form which I can get after refluxing is?

Calcium ethoxide powder in ethanol

or

the calcium ethoxide solution in ethanol?
