Have it ever occured to you that the complexity of the situation may be such that layman terms are not enough? And that simple answer like "Yes, choose this" or "Yes, choose that" may be the simplest way to kill you depending on the details of your health?

Those with enough knowledge are well aware of all that, that's why they don't answer such questions. And "go see your doctor" is really best advice you can get.
