Net Neutrality is how the Internet contains free speech. If the

There are things about Net Neutrality I do not understand. Wouldn't true net
neutrality be a boon for spammers? Why should a user of internet services
not pay for the resources used? Some people just have more money than
others, and why should they not be allowed to get better service if they are
willing to pay for it? I do hope, however, that there will be no price
discrimination. That is already in the nations anti-trust laws.
Unfortunately, those laws are not well enforced.
