I still have not found any wording of the COPE bill. I will try to go to the
House web site to see if I can find specific wording.
I have no problem with extra pay for extra service as long as there are
minimum standards and equal access. I do realize, however, that many of our
favorite big corporations tend to consider themselves above the law.
