i reacted a tert. alcohole ROH with cdi to the carbamat
RO(O)N(pyridyl). Then i separatee on a silica coloumn and found on it a
redish sideproduct.
The carbamat was then reacted with a prim. Amin (R'NH2) in MeOH to the
wished product. RO(O)NHR' (hope so at least). The reaction mixture got
strong red.
What is the red stuff? Does anbody know? weahter the use alkohol nor
the amin has chromophres.
