Since the trend (certainly in chemistry labs here) is away from using open
benches to "all work in fume cupboards", I would guess that the need for
such an item has severly diminished. I suspect your supplier has offered
you "Benchcote", which is what we would typically use in a QC lab, on the
titration benches. What I have used in the past is filter paper (big ones
24" x 24" square!)
