Putting razor blades in Vinegar?

Hi,
I found following text in the Internet:
"Actually, what wastes the shaving razors isn't the hardness of the
facial hair
like a barber knife.
It is rusting what dulls a blade, spite the fact that the steel isn't
supposed
to oxidize, what you do with alcohol, is avoid the rusting process by
killing
the bacteria that foments the rusting so only the water rusts the
blade.
I put my own razor in vinegar, that way, my blade doesn't rust as
house-hold
vinegar already has alcohol and unrusts the blade a bit because it is
so
alcaline.
You can even put the razor in without cleaning it at the end, the
vinegar will
will degrade the hair and skin.
And going on the vinegar topic, I used to clean my metallic objects as
jewelry
with some metal shiners, and honestly, they are hard to use, and if
misused it
will stain severely your metal."
Is that true or just wrong?
Thanks
Matthias
