Sealed ampoule, right? Try vanadyl sulfate in water plus a small drop
of sulfuric acid. Next best is copper sulfate in concentrated aqueous
ammonia.
Organic blues are not generally not lightfast. Thiobenzophenone is
astoundingly blue.
