Anyone who asks that question is not interested in the finer points of
thermodynamics.
That's got nothing to do with it. The fact is, people *have* used
electricity to convert the CO2 in air to materials that functionally can
replace gasoline, including hydrocarbons.
Would that you would hold Uncle Al to the same standard.
