The NASA site has a multimedia presentation on the Huygens probe's visit

mention that the atmosphere has so much methane in it, that in the

like saying that there is so much oxygen in the earth's atmosphere that
in the presence of methane, one spark would set the whole planet aflame.
It's worth a try. Poping a nuke or thermnuke makes massive amounts of
NOx, but the oxidation isn't self-sustaining. Remember the fire
tetrahedron: Fuel, Oxidizer, Heat, Government Regulation.
Satellite view of the Arabian Peninsula at night - gas flares from oil
wells. There is your continent-sized conflagration plus Global
Warming CO2 emissions sourced.
The Bermuda Triangle is continental shelf piled a thousand feet thick
with mud and methane hydrate. Landslides pressure-destabilize the
hydrate and vigorously fizz square miles of ocean. Ships are
swallowed by foam in which they are not boyant. Airplane engines
choke and die on sudden methane/air intake. Methane ls LEL/UEL
5-15%. A static spark near sea level could make it interesting.
