A Gibbs triangle is usually an isothermal phase diagram of a ternary
system. Normally it is drawn like an equiaxed triangle with the
fraction of one component on each axis, the origin being the pure
third element and the other two pure elements at the end
of each axis. The reason to use an equiaxed triangle rather than a
square is that the sum of fractions is unity meaning that the upper
triangular half of the square does not represent any real composition.

But as people normally does not understand phase diagrams you
may find any kind of triagular diagram called a Gibbs triangle.
If you want to calculate the phase diagram from thermodynamic
data there are software like Thermo-Calc which can draw the diagram.
Otherwise you just draw an equiaxed diagram by hand or with the
help of a ruler and draw your solubility lines inside.
