GC/MS quality gases

Hi,

Who are the best suppliers of GC/MS quality gases, i.e. helium,
hydrogen, methane? Price is a consideration. Does anyone use traps
(water/oxygen/hydrocarbon) in an effort to save money on high price
research quality gases?
