As I know, some Zircon contains radiation
level that is exceed safety level. I want to find

Nothing you can do except dissolve it into lower activity zircon
until the threshold is passed. Or use it in applications where
it is going to be irradiated anyway, such as containments for
plutonium, uranium, cesium, etc.
