I was just reading about a process called serpentinization, that
transforms carbon dioxide into methane. It kind of got me wondering,
is there anything besides chloroplasts that can turn carbon dioxide
into something harmless (obviously methane is not harmless)? Such as
carbonate or something? And yes, this is about the environment.
