Solar heating fluid

Any suggestions for a non toxic heat exchange fluid for domestic roof solar heating? The obvious choice is water plus (say) car radiator additive, but I have to worry about toxicity if it leaks from a heat exchanger into a water tank (even if nobody is likely to drink it).

There is also the problem of corrosion with Al of Steel.
