thinking about solutions

I'm slightly used to thinking about polar solutions in polar solvents.
I have no mental pictures at all about solutions in non-polar solvents.
I have Atkins' Physical Chemistry (1979) which helps a little, but not
much. What should I read to get a thorough treatment of the subject
of solutions and their structure and, maybe, what can be computed about
how soluble A will be in B?
