I am looking for PCE partition coefficient between Teflon AF 2400 and water.
I have got only the diffusion coefficient of PCE into Teflon. Is there any
formula that relates diffusion coefficient and partition coefficient? Can
you help me to find the partition coefficient I need?
Why not ring up the DuPont folks and ask them?
In the past, when I've needed partition coefficients and permeability
for polymers, I've always ended up measuring it myself. With most
polymers, these parameters are highly dependent on crystallinity, and
can vary a lot from batch to batch.
