I've seen mentioned elsewhere (in textbooks, or journal articles). The
product is OLI (www.olisystems.com).
It's probably a formalism or a mistake. As far as I know, sodium ion
isn't fussy about forming complex ions with any anion.
It's most likely an error in the software package. Chemical engineers,
who may have worked with the software designers, are no longer
required to know chemistry (true fact).
