I'll dig into the (not so clear) docs that I got and will get back to
you;
Sources that are supposed to be reliable tell it's a USD 200,000 / kg
- do you think this is possible ?
Will be back soon.

If it were electromagnetically separated,
it could be that expensive. It used to be
that electromagnetic separation was
prohibitively expensive, but the Russians
are offering such materials at very good
prices. I forget what they quoted me
for low-alpha lead for C4 flip-chip,
but I was amazed at the price.
Note that such materials must be handled
under scrupulously clean conditions.
Ambient dust contains radioactive particles
left over from the nuclear bomb testing
in the 1940's through 1960's (1970's,
in the case of France) which mostly don't
bother anybody, but will provide unacceptable
contamination of ultrapure semiconductor
materials.
