The recipe for me was to cut down on the Cola and chocolate. Removing
1000 kcal per day can work wonders. I'm losing about 6lb per month at
present. Add in some modest exercise and it's quite sustainable.
BTW, when I do a couple of hours of exercise I take a break from the
diet and eat like a pig.
Good food, exercise and lack of stress. Probably OK if you get at least
2 out of the 3.

Yeah those fizzy sugary drinks will kill you. There are amazing amounts of
sugar in them ... which you could taste if they didn't put the CO2 in. Check
out the labels anyone that hasn't. Scary stuff.
Chocolate, however, is a vegetable. So it's good for you, right ? Well, at
least the dark stuff is. :)
