Yes, it's about as dry as you can get it without resorting to
phosphorus pentoxide.
Table salt has a little gypsum in it to avoid caking.
Depends where you live - Europe uses E535 : Sodium ferrocyanide to stop
caking.

Hi Ron - interesting, I looked up E535 on wiki, early in the piece they too
mention it as an anticaking agent. The msds below has it as extremely
hazardous in case of ingestion.
I guess quantity must be the detemining factor.
