authors, as well as Latex, Marked up HTML and Word templates are

be published on a Proceedings CD and afterwards in the on-line Journal
Complexity International (http://www.complexity.org.au/).
All papers will be nationally and internationally peer reviewed for publication

Complex'2004 solicits Special Session and Workshop/tutorial proposals.
Please send your proposals to the secretariat-complex2004@cqu.edu.au
The Special Sessions are intended to usher in, in-depth discussions in
special areas relevant to the conference theme. The Session organisers
will coordinate the associated review process and conference proceedings
will include all papers from the Special Sessions.
