Super computer to write apps for computers.

Who else can better write long lines of code than a computer?

I have this idea of a computer program that would write programs
using heuristics and i/o fro the designer to write code for
applications.

For example, the opening screen would be what type of app is to be
created, wether a game, engineering or scentific, and with all the
science equations and calculations in memory, the computer would then
proceed by heuristics to put together the required calculations,
graphics, all via voice and mouse commands, with a minimum of
information...

Since programming aids are already on the market, I think to take
programming one step further computerisation would greatly simplify
the creation of new apps by more people. I have many ideas, but don't
have the patience to write thousands of line of code, this repetitive,
and tedious ant work is better left to a machine.
