That sounds logical, but it certainly doesn't fit the balloon.
Look out far enough and you are looking at yourself. By the
balloon analogy the oldest point in time is alway opposite the
observer. By the balloon analogy, one could look in opposite
directions and see the same thing with different red shifts.
