I'm just an undergraduate, but seeing as no one else has responded, maybe
what little I can offer would be better than nothing. I can't see much
overlap between those fields at the level of theory. The only thing that
comes to mind for CS/Phil would be something like number theory or logic.
For CS/CogPsych I could only suggest AI. Or maybe you aren't thinking of
theory at all, but instead of developing software for modeling something in
Phil or CogPsych? I'm sure there are endless possibilities for that (i.e.
logic proof-writing/editing/solving environment, modeler of decision-making,
etc). Hope I was somehow helpful!
