Except that Bush 41 was president in between Reagan and Clinton, and
he had a substantial recession during his 4-year term. Shouldn't
Bush 41 have enjoyed Reagan's boom, if there was such a thing?
Since the population votes its pocketbook, why would 'reforms' that
create booms be so unpopular as to vote Republicans out of office?
