Lets see - at the Federal Level you have three major branches of
government, the judicial, the legislative, and the executive.

Indeed, there are more attorneys keeping seats warm in the three
branches of the federal government than any other profession.
So I guess the common man loses on that one!
The executive we all pretty much know has a very high net worth.
http://www.csmonitor.com/2004/0309/p01s03-uspo.html This link tells how
the Senators beat the market an average of 12% per year - hmmmm.
Of course most senators are multi millionaires - I did a google for the
net worth of the house members and the supreme court judges - couldn't
find anything. I make about 20K a year, have no net worth, probably
below the average of america - but I bet the average amercian is not
fairly represented in any of the three branches of government at
federal, state, or local levels when looking for represnetative levels
of net worth - yet poor people believe this rich millionaires are gonna
take care of them - I guess kinda like the poor slaves in old europe
knew the kings were gonna take care of them.
