Yo Marc,

In Oshawa court house with Sandy, a dear friend of mine, who
got arrested for a couple of grams, tried to put forth
application to have the charges quashed, since the gov, has
not re-enacted marijuana prohibition, since Parker and
Krieger.

The crown tried to insult me by suggesting that marijuana is
still illegal under law, I told him to go *** his hat,
since Hitzig is not the government, and no reputable judge
will swallow Hitzig as re-enacting prohibition of marijuana.

JCT: Mighty powerful blows landed, lad.

The court was trying to suck Sandra into accepting 25 hours
community service for her couple of grams, which didn not
refflect too well, when considering Bruce Ryan , and his
gang, got a withdrawal on over $70,000 worth of pot. Sandy
only had 3 grams most.
 
We walked into court at 2 pm, I told Sandy to just push the
application, don't listen to any bull***.
 
When they called her name, the crown wished to have the
charges withdrawn, you're free to grow.
 
I gave the court a deep bow, and lets get out of here.
 
Sandy is happy, and thanks to John Turmel for the paper
work. That is five cases withdrawn in one week.

JCT: Great work Terry. At 60 cents per Application Record,
maybe the famous Terry Parker should stand outside the TO
court house offering to do the same for anyone going in!
You've got the TO Trio story, the Ed and Sandy wins, you
could end up getting more people off than the leading legal
advocate in Toronto. Your artillery works, start arming
others and blow those invalid charges out of the water.
 
Funnier note, one of the guards suggested that he liked the
fifties music, so I broke into duke, duke, duke, duke of
earl, duke , duke, duke of earl, duke, duke, duke of
earl,doo, doo, doo and the guard broke in with me!LOLOLOLOL
This guard knew, that NO BODY CAN STOP THE

JCT: Be bold and call their bluff. They seem to have now
learned to fold if you know how to raise. With the Parker
and Krieger Aces, that is. Well done Terry. Go score some
more. It's nice to have reports on wins, rather than busts,
for a change.
