Aiding and abetting bad guys is punishable for behaviors which
culminate in mass murder. It has been a crime in every society in
every culture in all of history, except those which were dominated by
sociopaths, such as the Mongols of Tamerlane, or Hitler's Nazis. If it
is NOT punishable here, then that is plain evidence this society is
way past the redline into sociopathic insanity. In either case, the
only 100% effective response to cure sociopathy is execution -- which
was applied to an entire country in the case of Hitler, and was never
applied to Tamerlane due to the weakness of ethical persons in his
time period.

You should be aware that "sociopathy" is diagnosed at only 4% of the
USA, meaning you are outnumbered 25-to-1. This is not Tamerlane's
time, and your future career of sociopathy is not guaranteed by
political dominance and control. Especially, in Global Warming chaos,
no government is assured of surviving the stresses of internal and
external unrest and turmoil, coulpled with collapses global economies.
There are no army of sociopaths coming over the hill to rescue you
from the vengence of your victim's families, loved ones, neighbors.
Get used to the idea that sociopaths are an unloved minority group
that even the ACLU finds hard to stomach.
