We cannot say whether child labor is moral for people in poor
places. Our culture indulged itself in the practice before
it could afford not to do so.
Dunno details of the acid story - use of acid to injure
somebody intentionally is assault with a deadly weapon,
and OSHA laws make no difference there.
If it's acccidental, then P.I. lawyers would do.
