Some people pick up the teachings of the various religions, examine them
and incorporate them into their lives. Others can't handle that level of
introspection. For those, the only thing left is an authoritarian
system, where there is one set of rules, plainly written and not subject
to examination and question. For them, its time to be "born again".

And then there are those who are provided the best schooling possible,
but all they get out of it is a letter in football.
