Hi,
I say it differently. Some people (some rich. some poor, most somewhere
inbetween) will find a way to BECOME rich and thus make the distribution
unequal.

Now that he has become rich he and his wife run a foundation to do GOOD
THINGS all over the world.
When it comes to new ideas, computer related or other, new younger guys
will be carrying the ball.

A problem (as I see it) with "term limits". We had a congressmen (Bob
Kastenmeir) in my district that was in for decades and was a knee jerk
Liberal Democrat . He lost in 1990 to Scott Klug, a really sharp
Republican who promised to serve only 3 or 4 terms. Klug was my ideal: a
socially liberal fiscal conservative who could win in the Wisconsin second
district which includes Madison.
But after serving for his terms, (and he could have had the job for life),
he quit as he had promised, and went into the private sector. Now we have
another knee jerk Liberal Democrat who will likely be re-elected forever.
