Roy, you still don't get that in the movie the USUAL SUSPECTS it didn't
matter if it was land, gold, lives, freedom, taxes, WHATEVER, you are
ALWAYS gonna be one step behind Verbil Kint, no matter what you do, how
you assess redistribution, you are either a fucker or a fuckee, how raw
is your ass feeling? The link to the NON PAYERS in California should
PROVE THIS to you, BILLIONS of dollars we simply CANT COLLECT, couldnt
COLLECT in ROME, wont EVER be able to COLLECT - NOT COLLECTABLE, however
it is ASSESSED or OWED makes NO DIFFERENCE< you cant get blood out of a
turnip - never have been able too - land tax, income tax, racial tax - IT
WONT MATTER - kaiser soze always gonna be ONE STEP ahead keystone cop -
your LVT does NOTHING to address the REAL problem - how do you catch a
GHOST that most people dont even BELIEVE in? YOU DONT.
