That's what I'm saying. The government, having
way too much power, skimmed billions off the top,
like Idi Amin and others did in other countries,
and the commoners got nothing. Over-governing!
We need democracy and _limited_ government everywhere,
and we need old timers whose powers have faded to
get the hell out.
