But his brother that is the tax man, and nephew that is the city marshall
and uncle that is the sheriff aren't going to do anything, they have
taken payoffs. It doesn't matter wether you find his land, or you PROVE
he broke the law, he SQUIRMS away like the snake he is.

The old city I lived in it didn't MATTER wether you found thier land or
not, you couldn't get the people in charge to DO THIER JOB, why can't you
realize this, wether you find thier land, or thier profits or thier
hidden swiss bank accounts, the PEOPLE that are enforcing the LAWS are
corrupt, paid off, bribed, participating in the CHEATING, so FINDING
thier LAND, FINDING thier WAGE cheating doesn't MATTER, you can't get
them to PAY because the PEOPLE - the cops, the judges, the city
councilmen DON;T DO THIER JOBS, back in Rome a tax collector levied a
tax against a rich land owner, he paid the tax collector a BRIBE or maybe
he even threatened to kill the tax collector - the tax did NOT get
collected.

You are flat wrong. Millions get away with EXPOSED CRIMES everyday
because the GUBBMENT is not ENFORCING the laws.

Find his land, he will pay off the city marshall and IRS man you are
trying to get to arrest him. Exposure is not the problem, assessment is
not the problem, ENFORCEMENT by CORRUPTED PEOPLE is the problem you can't
fix.

You would have to kill most of the city gubbment in my old city to get
rid of corruption in this way. That is a pipe dream. No one is going to
slaughter half the city gubbment to bring justice, the GBI wouldn't even
ARREST them, much less KILL them. They wouldn't even TAKE them to court,
or go TALK to many of them.

More proof of my point, you can't FIND all the CORRUPTION, and EVEN if
you COULD, you couldn't ENFORCE the laws to FIX IT.

You are just making my case for me, I agree, after my experience in my
old city, I want put myself through that kind of drama, NOTHING gets
done.

I know I saw COPS of MIAMI last week, this indian had a store that got
broke into by a bumb stealing cigarettes, he asked the cop what you gonna
do with this man, the cop said take him to jail - put him away for a few
days, the Indian said back home we cut off thier hands, that is why we
have no thieves back home and you Americans have such a problem with
theives.

You are the one saying we can't trust those numbers, they only represent
reporting, not ACTUAL CRIME.

Kaiser gets away with it in every nation in this land, because people are
selfish, greedy, corrupt, they put bribes and power ahead of laws and
citizen rights, they did back in Rome, they do it today, different
society, same sinner. LVT does not fix this problem, LVT will not stop
people from taking payoffs or using thier power for evil or abusing thier
public office.

THey couldn;t force the richies to pay then, can't force them to pay now,
you CANNOT force someone who knows how to cheat the system, wether that
be through land or wages, corruption, greed, bribery, death threats,
these are the things you must REMOVE, LVT does not address them.

THey COULDN"T COLLECT from the RICH, never could, never WILL, BILLIONS in
california can't be COLLECTED from the RICH, they are NOT GOING TO PAY,
they will find someway to SQUIRM out of it, so the gubbment has to EAT
somebody's paycheck so it can stay alive, can't EAT the RICH that have
found all the TRICKS and ways to CHEAT - so that just leaves the poor roy
l's to get oppressed and taxed, just like it did back then - you can't
catch the GHOST, so you go after the poor slob you can catch - he doesn't
know all the scams, he doesn't have the money for political bribery, his
brother isn't the sheriff, he is a little nobody with no power or money
or legions of tax loophole lawyers to FIGHT you, he is the EASY prey -
nature follows the path of LEAST resistance, KAISER is a HARD kill, J6P
is EASY. Was EASY in ROME, Gonna be EASY in the future. LVT or no, J6P
gonna bear the blunt of that gubbment appetite, and RICHIE gonna live la
vida loca like he always has. So how do we HELP poor dumb broke J6P
bearing the blunt of this huge gubbment appetite - reduce the gubbment
feeding off him.

I know J6P already working 5 months a year to support gubbment, a lot of
that gubbment is wasteful and not necessary, inefficient, its bleeding
j6p DRY and breaking his back, you are never gonna get RICHIE to pay, he
has more teflon on his *** than slick willy, gonna slip through your
fingers, so how do you help J6P, you get rid of that leech sucking him
dry or make it smaller one - trying to SUCK him for more so you can hire
more people to go after RICHIE only KILLS j6p, so you grow these legions
of tax men, j6p dies, you still haven't caught richie, and the gubbment
dies too. Richie laughs at the corpses of j6p and gubbment - he used
both of them for all he could get out of them and then doesn't even do
them the honor of giving them a good burial.

It doesn't matter what you do Roy L, you can't catch a ghost, and
gubbment wants to survive - survival is the base instinct, so J6P better
get ready for more taxes and more burden - cause richie is paying less
and less every year.
