        Multinational corporations and puppet dictatorships set up by
the strong arm of the military industrial complex have plundered
the wealth of Nigeria and massacred/displaced the Ogoni people.
In short, there is less (legitimate) government and more "inhibition
of the democratic potential of the people by goons and goon-lackeys".

        What the world needs is more GOOD government and less BAD
government, not more or less of an abstract, conceptual, unmodified
"government".
