Having been caught being stupid, yet again, you
descend to scatology for lack of useful words or
self-control. How typical of the mentally
impoverished.

It does; her previously made decisions are now
fixed and cannot be altered.

A court-appointed "custodian of her finances", who
happens to be a CPA rather than someone more clever,
like a certified financial planner.

My frequent responses to Polewka on this very topic,
combined with your sentence above, point out yet
again, as if anyone needed relearning the lesson,
how thoroughly you mix up your desire to bully
people with your doofus inability to think your way
out of an open paper bag, producing hilariously
inane results.

> Is she brain dead, by some chance?

Brain dead is a technical term of art for someone
who is being kept alive although in a persistent
vegetative state. She is not in a persistent
vegetative state, but she has no more capability of
rational thought than a kitten, and probably less.

>That's just the same damned *** in a new wrapper.

That sentence fails to refer to anything
perceptible, making it a meaningless noise.

Once again you have pulled some "fact" from your
***, once again you are arguing as if it were true,
once again it bears no relation to reality, and once
again you are making yourself look like an idiot in
public. Do you really enjoy the results so much that
you can't break this habit of consistent lying?
Considering that you are making this mistake in
response to having this same mistake pointed out to
you, I suppose that is a rhetorical question: you
_love_ looking like a fool to everyone around you.

Let's see moron, I live in California, USA, state
with the highest proportion of the population in
jail of any state in the union, a state bought and
paid for by the prison workers' union, and you think
this state is full of _liberal_ criminal judges?

Your stupidity is showing.

You just cannot get your tiny mind around the
concept that if the judge dismisses all charges,
then what I was doing were _not_ crimes, so there is
no "petty crime spree", there are just a lot of
police who are homeless bashers and harassers, ***
clones of one Dan Sempsey.

This has precisely what to do with your previous
claim that my "interactions with the police" are
somehow affecting my job search chances? You dance
around faster than the queen of the day at a gay
bar, Dan Sempsey.

Funny, there's nothing "magic" about the American
habit of discarding edible food, so the dumpster
which fed me and would have fed five more like me,
is likely to be a ready source of nourishment for
decades to come, far longer than I can expect to
live.

Right, your years of fantasizing about the
investments you would make if only you weren't stuck
in a scut-wages job makes you a prime choice to be a
legal document proofreader despite your execrable
spelling and grammar. You live in a fantasy world,
Dan Sempsey, and the version of it you post to
Usenet as if it were real is unravelling because you
are such a _really_, _really_ bad liar.

Why would I bother? If you had any such work
schedule, you wouldn't be able to post as much as
you do; you are thus lying about your work schedule,
end of story.

xanthian.

Anyway, it was my _daughter_ who won a supercomputer
shop management job at Argonne Labs based on an
undergraduate honors thesis on pattern recognition,
not me.
