They should have been too embarrassed to cite that pathetic,
excruciating, laughable Rothbard paper, which seems to be a
compilation of every economically illiterate objection to LVT ever
fabricated. There are so many false claims, strawmen and
misconceptions in it, I gave up refuting them after the first few
dozen.
