Yes, it is. The income tables divide out into individual
income, in current dollars. Look more closely. You can find
all sorts of information. The one thing that I haven't been
able to find is the division of incomes based on immigration
status -- which is important, so I regard that as a major
oversight. Be that as it may, you can find things like the
median income of white people who have four year degrees
and work full time. Or asians. Or hispanics. Or whatever.
Tons of stuff there, look around.

Also, take a peek at the historical home ownership data.
Today? Basically better than ever.
