JCT: In my last post on the TimeBanksUK vote on banning my
vote to end on October 29, it seemed looked they were going
about their censorship about as democratically as possible.
Sure, I can understand how moderating my posts would need a
censor board but when another option is to bar my posts to
the group, why have they chosen to put to the vote ejecting
me from the group? Moderators have the 3 choices above,
moderate posts, ban posts, ban poster. Why are they only
voting on banning the poster?
So I parsed the discussion on the vote to ban me and wrote
my defence in: TimeBanksUK voting on banning "TimeBanks
Engineer"
Now I've just have just found out that the ban starts now.
They have censored what I had to say about them voting to
ban me. The ban has started now before the vote. That post
was excluded and another post "#2 Child Deaths Stats Refocus
Things" also didn't get through.
So though it seemed that they were having a democratic vote
on approving censorship, they've already the censorship to
make sure my defence doesn't get heard.
What incredibly ugly people at the helm of the UK Time
Banks? Luckily, the people at the bottom usualy aren't.
So, the readers asked to vote on my fate may not be
permitted to hear my plea but at least the rest of the world
gets to hear and watch them do their dirty work in public.
And they say they're trying to help out the poor too:
