Well the right of the health insurance companies to compete in the
United States imposes all sort of costs on society. The rights of
pharmaceutical companies to wield monopoly power imposes all sort of
costs on society.

BTW, when are you going to pay back the taxpayers who built the schools
and trained the teachers to educate you? You're into them for at least
a couple hundred thousand dollars. But you just don't want to pay your
fair share, do you? Yep, "god bless me and to hell with you", right?
