JCT: Charging them with genocide is last. Ending the
genocide comes first. So you'll need to challenge the
criminal prohibition in the same way Terry Parker did. Find
someone who has been charged with a marijuana offence and
move to dismiss on the violation of the right to life.
Anyone who needs marijuana for medicine has the
constitutional right to it in Canada. No discussion. You can
use the Parker Rosenberg reasoning as persuasive argument.

JCT: The exact definition of genocide in Canada's Criminal
Code is: inflicting on the group conditions of life
calculated to bring about its physical destruction.
Can you calculate the physical destruction brought about by
their inflicting on the group conditions of life that
prohibited their medicine? Easily. Easiest for epileptics
to prove though. Their stats reflect the actual corpses, 100
a day in the US, 10 a day in Canada. 6 a day in Canada were
newbies, 60 a day in US were newbies. But 4 a day in Canada
knew they were epileptic and could have been prevented so 40
a day in the US die because prohibition prevents their
accessing the best anti-seizure medicine in the world.
You've got the exact same argument to use too.

trait (as carriers of the sickle cell gene - 2 genes =

too.
SH: 1 out of 400 Nigritians are born with the double
trait.... sickle cell disease.

SH: (each parent gives a gene... if both parents have a
trait the 50/50 probability of each parent passing their 1
carrier gene will make their child born with 2 carrier genes
giving way to SICKLE CELL DISEASE.
John.. "sickler" denotes we make sick..ly ness... but the
"CRESCENT".. "crescent population", crescent child, crescent
blood, all note the sickled shaped red blood cells in the
hemoglobigen... as well as suggest a spiritual connection
from the motherland with all this illness.... the spiritual
connection to the 'crescent moon'... like the "red
crescent".... for medical emergency.

to play musical chairs with money with people forever being
knocked into poverty and resource death. Though I can accept
ailing physically can hurt as much as ailing financially.
Except that financial illness is inflicted on purpose.

causing VIOLENT EPISODES OF PAIN...

JCT: Will access reduce the probability of dying? Will
access increase the probability of living? You now have the
math to make your genocide argument. Without any more
statistics. As long as it pushes the trend toward life and
away from death, it's the side to which the trend goes
that's the determinant. Prohibition kills. Abolition saves.

closest things in the world to the anti-pain cannabinoids

motion or applications to use as a model. Then charge.
SH: i have one or two here in the NKS that have epilepsy who
swear the cannabis keeps their seizures away! Is that cure
enuf for now? yes, i think so.
JCT: It worked for Terry Parker to change Canada's law. It
should work there too. It's actually a much easier to prove
epileptic genocide because you can completely end it. Unless
you really can completely end sickle cell too. Then the
analogy is perfect. And yet, explaining anti-seizure
properties has to be easier than explaining how it helps
you.
Still, everything Justice Rosenberg said in the Terry Parker
victory for epileptic access to kief can apply to sickle-
cell sufferers' access to kief too. They are exactly the
same statistical right to life arguments. Surely Americans
have a right to life and not to be deprived thereof like
Canadians. Prohibition deprives you of life, get a needer's
charges quashed. It shouldn't be too hard to find without
you having to take any personal fall.
SH: The revolving door syndrom ....in and out of the ER's is
a lifestyle for people suffering from Sickle Cell dis-ease.
We have broken the SICKLE CELL CYCLE, with Nigritian Kief.

1 day in the hospital = 6,000
1,000,000 people who know what it is to be in the hospital
for at least 1 day, suffering from sickle cell disease.
6,000 X 1,000,000 = 6 Billion Dollars for 1 day over a
year's time, in the hospital ...
6 Billion dollars for at least 1 year of budget to be
diverted from hospitals and pharmacies..... to the
empowerment and enrichment of the Crescent population....
6 Billion dollars empowering an entire population of
Nigritian people who are akin to the beneficiaries of the 6
billion a year, right?
6 Billion dollars can afford us a few wellness centers
around the country, providing shelter from crisis with
sickle cell and other afflictions. A place with a private
room, bed, and the privilege to wade in the jacuzzi, get
the highest nutritional foods (that taste good too),
therapeutic skills for independent living, including
horticulture.

I could say that the same could apply for Aids patient that
wouldn't be able to eat and puke all the time if it wasn't
of cannabis.
The same can also apply for people with Hepatitis C that
doesn't have any appetite and puke all the time if it wasn't
of cannabis.
The same would apply for any other permanently ill people
that have an intolerant liver, stomach or intestines to ALL
pharmaceutical medications and they don't have ANY other
choice but to use cannabis to be able to survive longer and
in much less pain!
