  Yes and the actions used to develop imagination and creativity
are said praxis. It is not neccesary for capital to be used to be
capital. An unused tractor is still a tractor and an unused ability
to write a great book is still an ability to write a great book.
Both are (provided they were create by human effort and not god-granted)
capital.
