I really don't think you know much about windows, rebooting 2 or 3x's? LOL,
I never seem to have that problem. The same idiots that have the so-called
rebooting problem would have the same problem in Linux.
Maybe you need to actually run the system and spend the same amount of time
fixing it as you do windows, then get back to us about the real truth of
the matter.
