OK, I should have said "White Christmas."
As it happens, the royalties from "God Bless America" are in fact paid
to a charitable fund; but AFAIK Berlin's heirs get the royalties from
all the rest of his output, will continue to do so for decades, and
they are known to be quite aggressive about it, too.

Of course I do. But so do you and the owners of every single patent
and copyright. You are just too stupid, ignorant and evil to
understand why everyone does so, and there is nothing wrong with it.

for more examples of "intellectual parasitism." The rich are
benefitting from the effort of other individuals without paying them
for their work, why shouldn't the rest of us? Anyway, if we couldn't,
it would be a pretty bizarre and sorry world.
