JCT: I have to apologize that the most important page, the
http://www.cyberclass.net/turmel/mpforms.htm page was left
un-updated while the
http://www.cyberclass.net/turmel/timeline.htm page kept
pace.
I'm sorry to note that North Bay may be going in without the
page showing that the Supreme Court of Canada noted Justice
Acton had struck down Section 7 cultivation, that the
Alberta concurred in striking down Section 7 cultivation
before dismissing the Crown's application for leave to
appeal. That's actually the most powerful document of all.
Maybe Frankel's signature of culpability to knowing the law
being enforced by his police was dead is nose and nose for
most powerful. We'll see.
Remember why it's so important that the clerk keeps this
away from any judge. Any judge that reads this is on the
hook. As if the clerk isn't too...
So I've updated the Quash kit. With an interchangeable first
page of the Notice of Motion to Quash for a Notice of Motion
to Prohibit (Superior Court) using the very same
documentation.
New Notices of Motion include the contempt citation for
abuse and unknown to law. Messy but functional. Remember,
I've admitted I don't aim for class, first.
The stay4000.htm which was a headline and my text is now
stay4000.jpg which is photocopy of headline & top part.
"Ottawa stays pot charges in 4000 cases"
The Supreme Court of Canada note is now included.
The Alberta Court of Appeal Bench Memorandum is substituted
for the Order.
I think that brings the forms up to day.
If there are any links that don't work, please let me know.
