JCT: We all know that there's a reserved decision on a
perfect Krieger Quash Section 7 coming up on Tuesday in the
Johnson case in Elliot Lake. That's Provincial Court and
they'll scream it isn't that binding, only like the Phillips
Windsor decision, until backed up by Superior Court.
Well, tomorrow, there's a Brantford Superior Court Judge who
is going to be put on the same hook as the Elliot Lake
Provincial Court Judge. And if the Crown tries to argue that
it should be thrown out summarily as without merit, we'll be
able to point to the Elliot Lake judge who isn't laughing
but thinking about it.
And while the Contempt of Krieger Court wasn't raisable
before Provincial Judge Serre in Elliot Lake, I've figured
out a way for a contempt charge to be brought before the
Superior Court tomorrow in Brantford. Har har har har.
Tada. They ducked the contempt citation charge in Elliot
Lake Provincial Court and get smashed with it in Brantford
Superior Court tomorrow in time for use back in Elliot Lake
on Tuesday. If they hit, I'm saved going to the Supreme
Court or the Supreme Court's saved my going to the Supreme
Court.
I'm sick of there being no press for what I believe are
going to be the two biggest marijuana cases in the world. So
I've decided to put a bee in the media's bonnet. We only
need to have one network that we all know to watch. So I've
decided that I'm not going to permit a transcript of
tomorrow's hearing to be published for 3 days.
Isn't life nicer for me. In the old days, I had to write up
all the transcripts. Now the guerrillas do their own! I will
publish any media reports I hear of. So if no press, then no
report for 3 days.
Except, I will let Doug and Laurie send the transcripts
right away to anyone who helps us now by putting a CBC
reporter on the hook and reporting that "gaffe" to medpot-
discuss@yahoogroups.com
So tonight I declare that I want all of us to focus on our
national broadcaster, the CBC, to get this nationally
important story out. I'm asking everyone to call their local
CBC affiliate and demand they tell you what happened because
Turmel isn't going public for 3 days on either the Nielsen
or Johnson cases.
Anyone who wants to know what happens tomorrow in Doug and
Laurie's case before a judge of competent jurisdiction in
both the Krieger Quash and Crown Contempt is going to have
to call a CBC reporter to demand coverage and then tell us
at medpot-discuss@yahoogroups.com about it. I've opened it
to all posters for this evening. If you want Doug and
Laurie's report, prove you helped them.
Screw Dizzy's CanWest Global and CTV and any other private
broadcasters. But as Canadians, we have a right to demand
the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation report on issues that
impact on our lives as much as these two Parker/Krieger "law
is still dead" cases will.
And tomorrow, it includes the double-barrel, not only the
"Quash all future charges" motion but the "empty the jail
of illegally jailed prisoners now to avoid contempt" motion.
Is that a fair deal? Everyone has all evening to find a CBC
reporter to speak to, radio, TV, both. Radio's always open.
There's nothing with such nation-wide importance as the
Nielsen and Johnson Million Bogus Bust Scandal challenges.
Sure, the Crown ducked the contempt issue in Elliot Lake
where the Quash S.7 cultivation on Krieger S.7 invalidation
seems cinched in Elliot Lake.
But they're going to get smashed by the abuse of process and
contempt of court charge in a Superior court of competent
jurisdiction which they can't duck tomorrow. Har har har.
Did they think because their duck worked in provincial court
that I'd forget to raise it in Superior Court? Har har har
har.
Assuming the Krieger Ace will trump the Hitzig-Myrden King
for cultivation and possession too, it's the contempt attack
that forces them to empty the jails.
So not only is the Quash all charges judgment pending but
the Empty the Jails judgment is being forced tomorrow in
Ontario Superior Court in Brantford. That's the real added
thrust of the Nielsen case; the contempt to empty the jails
motion. The prohibition is more of the Johnson Quash. But
the contempt thrust, that's going to be the big news
tomorrow night. Emptying the jails.
They have to explain why Superior Court can't cite them for
contempt. I hope they're ready. The motion is filed and
their duck argument is already destroyed. And they know it.
And they know I know it.
Transcripts will be written up as fast as possible but if
there's no press, only those who tell Doug and Laurie who
they contacted about it will be given a preview of the
transcript.
If you don't push your national network to tell you the
truth, you don't deserve to know it when it's hot. Doug and
Laurie will send a copy to anyone who helps and identifies a
CBC reporter they put on the spot.
I want to be able to face a reporter and laugh at the nose
for news for having a cold. I want every reporter at CBC we
know to be put on the spot and their name published at
medpot-discuss tonight.
I'm opening up for posts from anyone, spam included. If you
help put a national broadcast network reporter on the spot
for us, you get the story right away whether it's from us or
from your own successful efforts.
Otherwise, it's 3 days until any reports get published
unless you help bring the CBC's attention to the Nielsen and
Johnson families challenges to their unjust predicaments.
You heard Richard Johnson's exhortations in recent posts.
Isn't it a rush to hear an honest advocate of their own
position fight for a righteous cause. Every sick person I
ever put in front of a judge did a great job. Pleading a
righteous case is really not that hard. Especially when it's
your own.
So tomorrow, and I'll give 10:1 against the court stopping
them from taping if anyone wants to bet, it's a solidly
booked day for Order for Prohibition and it's the official
first assault by Contempt of Court Citation on the Crown.
If we force the CBC to cover the Nielsens Superior Court
Prohibit and Contempt motions, then it's guaranteed they'll
be there for the Johnson's cultivation decision in Elliot
Lake.
And if the CBC is forced to come, then the privates may be
forced to cover it too.
But there will no quick TURMEL report to anyone who can't
spent a few minutes this evening helping the Nielsens and
Johnsons put our national TV network news on the spot.
As for my American or other foreign friends, how about
getting someone from your national network on the hook. Just
a name who heard the Krieger story.
"When did you first hear about Krieger?" will be a lot more
important than most people think. I need the name of a
reporter whose nose for news is put to the test. I want
Canadians to focus on CBC. Americans, how about CNN?
Remember, this could prompt a resolution out of the 2005
World Social Forum. Help me abolish prohibition in Canada
and that news helps organize supporters to face down
Amerikan prohibitionists world-wide through the Forum.
I'm off to hunt up my reporter.
