TURMEL: Surprise Hill Bust motion Wednesday

JCT: On Tuesday Feb 01, Judge Serre hands down the first
decision on the Johnson family's Krieger challenge in Elliot
Lake.

On Thursday Feb 03, Quebec Superior Court will hear a bail
review based on the Krieger cultivation invalidation.

Of course, should the Elliot Lake decision come down
positive, it's going to help in Quebec.

So I decided that if the Johnson decision is positive, I'd
like the chance to use the precedent myself in my charge. So
I've booked a motion in Ottawa for Wednesday Feb 2 in
courtroom #7 at 9am.

So if Elliot Lake gets their S.5(2) charges quashed on
Tuesday, I'll use it as a precedent to get my charges
quashed in Ottawa on Wednesday and Dominic can use both
precedents in Quebec on Thursday.

Lots of action coming up.
Tuesday Feb 01 Elliot Lake Court
Wednesday Feb 02 Ottawa court
Thursday Feb 03 Gatineau court

And one final neat move up my sleeve too.
